The store on the corner of "F" Street and N. Washington Street in Casper, WY is, in fact, a piece of pornography history. We have been in the Adult Entertainment industry since it was blooming back in the 1960's! Our father, Arthur Greer, was a successful entrepreneur in Denver, Colorado with his hand in several different businesses. He was always looking for his next business adventure.
Art Greer was the owner of Jerry's News in Denver when he started to sell nude magazines in a secluded room. He soon realized the high demand for pornographic literature. With the introduction of the home video, the press exposure of producer Larry Flynt with his many court cases fighting for our 1st Amendment, pornography did see a large boom in the worldwide industry.
In 1984 Art Greer purchased the corner property of "F" Street and N. Washington Street in Casper, WY. At this time it was a run down gas station. It then was transformed and became Emporium Video. Which at first was only a video rental store then soon became an adult store with private viewing booths. When the doors opened to the public the store was an immediate success! Ever since, our doors have stayed open and still provide a place for our customers to find the items they need to fulfill there sexual experience.
Sadly, In 2011 Art Greer, our father passed away leaving this great legacy to his children. We have given the store some tender loving care. We are very proud of our fathers accomplishments.
We are focusing on having the best and lastest inventory in town. We receive weekly shipments of new products and DVD's. We have changed the name, to what it is today, "F" Street Emporium.
